Fady Hannah-Shmouni, MD, FRCPC

Physician, Investor, Venture Builder. Engineering the future of healthspan.

Hi, I'm Fady, a physician investor with specialized expertise in endocrinology, hypertension, and genomic medicine.

I am a clinical endocrinologist and biochemical geneticist with a career dedicated to advancing precision medicine, genomics, and digital health. I serve as Founder & CEO of Hormonaly.ai, the agentic infrastructure for peptide, hormone, and longevity medicine — a clinical AI and EdTech platform providing GRADE-rated evidence synthesis and workflow tools for clinicians worldwide, as well as Strategic Advisor at FHS Capital and Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of British Columbia.

Earlier in my career, I led academic and clinical research programs at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where my work focused on cortisol and growth hormone dysregulation. This research has contributed to more than 100 peer-reviewed publications, shaping global understanding of stress physiology, endocrine disorders, and their impact on human health and performance.

Today, I translate these scientific foundations into commercial innovation, helping medtech and biotech companies bridge advanced research with market-ready, scalable products that extend healthspan and optimize human potential. My investment and advisory portfolio includes Eli Health, Flyby, Science & Humans, Supernatural, Acorn, NU, AI Nexus, and Neurable, among others, companies pioneering the convergence of technology, biology, and artificial intelligence to redefine the future of human optimization.

As a full-stack AI builder, I specialize in agentic systems — architecting NVIDIA- and Google Cloud-based platforms for multi-agent orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic LMS, and digital twin analysis. This hands-on engineering expertise allows me to move fluidly from clinical evidence to production-grade AI infrastructure, designing systems that reason over medical knowledge at scale.

Building the next era of health.

Strategic roles across clinical AI, longevity medicine, and venture capital.
